Two common home watch questions:
The first: How often should a home be checked? Our answer is simple. If your air conditioning system stops working or other major problem develop — how long do you want to go before the problem is detected? Therefore, we offer schedules to fit your comfort level: weekly, every other week, or monthly. We let you decide.

The second question is: How much do you charge? Our Home Watch fee structure is simple: per visit and based on the size of your home (total square feet, which includes garage and lanai area because these are areas we check each visit):

$35 per visit; up to 2,800 total sq. ft.

$40 per visit: 2,801 to 4,800 total sq. ft.

$45 per visit: 4,801 to 5,800 total sq. ft.

$50 per visit: 5,801 to 6,800 total sq. ft.

$55 per visit: 6,801 to 7,800 total sq. ft.

Larger homes are priced separately.
